Steve is responsible for sales in the following areas:

Steve holds a Master of Music in Sacred Music Pedagogy from Westminster Choir College at Rider University, Lawrenceville, NJ and Bachelor of Music, Music Education, from West Chester University, with a concentration in Voice, Organ, and Conducting.
Since the age of 14, Steve has been serving churches as organist and choir director. Steve has served churches in the mid-Atlantic region including, The Church of the Holy Trinity, West Chester, PA, The Church of the Good Shepherd, Burke, VA, and currently serves as Principal Organist at Clarendon United Methodist Church, Arlington VA.
Since 2002, Steve has worked in the church organ industry in sales, service, manufacturing, and installation. For several years, he was the Sales and Marketing Manager for Solid State Organ Systems, and he has worked directly for Rodgers Instruments as National Sales Representative. His associate with R. A. Daffer Church Organs, Inc. began in 2007 and he was appointed Vice President of the company in October 2025.
Mr. McBride is very active as a vocal coach, accompanist, and conductor. In addition to his experience as a high school Choral Director, Steve maintains a private studio for voice lessons and vocal coaching. In 2010 he formed the Valley Forge Chorale, an auditioned concert choir based in King of Prussia, PA. Under his direction the chorale grew to over 85 singers, with a full artistic and production staff.
In addition to church music, Steve has been Music Director / Conductor of several musical theatre productions including Into the Woods, Les Misérables, Pajama Game, Camelot, South Pacific, Grease, My Fair Lady, Cinderella, and King and I. In 2024 he was award Outstanding Music Director by WATCH for his work on The Prom with Reston Community Players.
