Customer Development & Data Coordinator

R. A. Daffer Church Organs is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who combines excellent administrative skills with strong customer communication.

This is not a traditional sales position. The successful candidate will help us organize decades of customer information and use that data to proactively reconnect with customers, identify service needs, offer service warranty programs, and uncover future opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and responding to general email.
• General administrative and office support.
• Scanning and digitizing historical customer files.
• Entering and maintaining customer information in Ontraport.
• Organizing customer and instrument records.
• Contacting existing customers by telephone and email.
• Scheduling or generating service opportunities.
• Offering service and warranty programs.
• Identifying customers who may need repairs, upgrades, or replacement instruments.
• Creating qualified leads for Daffer sales and service personnel.
• Tracking customer communication and follow-up.

 We’re looking for someone who is:

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers.
• A strong written communicator.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with databases, spreadsheets, PDFs, scanning, and data entry.
• Able to work independently and consistently follow through.
• Interested in using information and organization to produce measurable results.

Knowledge of organs, churches, or the music industry is helpful but not required. We can teach the industry; organization, communication, initiative, and attention to detail are essential.

Base Compensation

• $28.00 – $32.00 / per hour OR Salary starting at $60,000 per year
• Health Insurance provided at no additional cost
• 401K with employer matching

Performance Bonus

• Quarterly bonus of approximately 5–10% of base compensation for the quarter, based on measurable performance.
