A Letter to Our Customers

Dear Daffer Clients:

Since 1977, one of Daffer Church Organs’ core principles has been providing exceptional service and support to our clients. Our recent appointment as the authorized Allen Organ dealer does not change that commitment in any way. Whether you are a past, present, or future client, you can continue to expect the same responsive, professional service that has defined our company for nearly five decades.

We understand that some clients have recently received communications from Rodgers that may have created uncertainty regarding service responsibilities. We would like to provide the following clarification.

For instruments purchased through Daffer Church Organs, our company remains responsible for providing service in accordance with our contractual obligations to our customers. For instruments covered by a Rodgers manufacturer’s parts warranty, Rodgers remains responsible for supplying any warranty replacement parts required to complete that service. In other words, we continue to stand behind the service of the instruments we have sold, while Rodgers continues to honor its manufacturer warranty obligations for eligible parts.

If your instrument is currently covered under a Daffer labor warranty, all service requests must be initiated through Daffer Church Organs for that warranty coverage to remain in effect. This ensures that warranty work is properly documented, authorized, and performed in accordance with the terms of your warranty agreement. Service performed or arranged outside of Daffer without our prior authorization may not be eligible for coverage under the Daffer labor warranty.

Our focus remains exactly where it has always been: supporting your instrument, your music ministry, and your church with the highest level of service possible. We are grateful for the trust you have placed in us over the past 49 years and look forward to serving you for many years to come.
