Church of the Resurrection – Ellicott City, MD

“We at Church of the Resurrection recognize the Liturgy as the Source and Summit of our Catholic faith.  It is our sincere yet humble desire that all of our Masses reflect that ideal. The Church teaches that we should participate in the Mass fully, consciously and actively. Singing at liturgy is a wonderful way to praise God, express your thanks and show your love.”

To support the liturgy with the utmost care and reverence, a Makin Thirlemere 2-36T with a Ruffatti Pipe Division was the top choice for a new instrument.  After many years of serving this church in the original space, the Rodgers organ was replaced with this Makin instrument.  The singing tones of the Makin are married perfectly with the Ruffatti pipework, creating the ultimate breathing musical instrument to set a foundation for congregational, cantor, and choral singing.
